Aker Solutions ASA: Reporting of transactions made by persons discharging managerial responsibilities
December 1, 2023 — Aker Solutions ASA (“Aker Solutions”) has today allocated shares to primary insiders participating in the company’s manager share purchase program for 2023.
Reference is made to the stock exchange release published earlier today, December 1, 2023, concerning the manager share purchase program and share allocation. Aker Solutions sold shares to program participants at a price per share of NOK 41.4094 which equals the volume-weighted average share price of Aker Solutions on Euronext Oslo Børs from and including November 24, 2023 to and including November 30, 2023.
The following primary insiders of the company acquired shares under the program:
Kjetel Digre, Chief Executive Officer, acquired 12,074 shares. Following the allocation, Digre holds 133,290 shares in Aker Solutions.
Idar Eikrem, Chief Financial Officer, acquired 12,074 shares through his privately owned company, Omara Holding AS. Following the allocation, Eikrem directly and through his privately owned company, Omara Holding AS, holds a total of 338,799 shares in Aker Solutions.
Sturla Magnus, Executive Vice President, Newbuild, acquired 13,982 shares. Following the allocation, Magnus holds 206,167 shares in Aker Solutions.
Jo Kjetil Krabbe, Executive Vice President, Power Solutions, acquired 9,659 shares through his privately owned company One Management AS. Following the allocation, Krabbe directly and through his privately owned company, One Management AS, holds a total of 9,695 shares in Aker Solutions.
Stephen Bull, Executive Vice President, Strategy, Portfolio & Sustainability, acquired 9,659 shares. Following the allocation, Bull holds 50,000 shares in Aker Solutions.
Henrik Inadomi, Executive Vice President, Safeguarding & acting EVP New Energies, acquired 2,414 shares. Following the allocation, Inadomi holds 330,793 shares in Aker Solutions.
Signy Elde Vefring, Executive Vice President, Digitech, acquired 2,414 shares. Following the allocation, Vefring holds 2,414 shares in Aker Solutions.
Olav Høidalen, Senior Vice President, Group Controlling, acquired 3,622 shares. Following the allocation, Høidalen holds 22,447 shares in Aker Solutions.
