Arja Talma elected as new member of the Board of Directors of Aktia Bank plc

Arja Talma (51), M. Sc. (Econ.), eMBA, was elected as new member of the Board of Directors of Aktia Bank plc. Talma is member of Kesko Corporation's Executive Management with responsibility for Store Sites and Capital Expenditures. Talma is well acquainted with business and financial management and auditing.

The election concerns the period 7 May – 31 December 2013.

The number of board members was confirmed to seven (7).
