Jannica Fagerholm resigns from the Board of Directors of Aktia Bank plc

Jannica Fagerholm has today informed that she will resign from her position as member of the Board of Directors of Aktia Bank plc on 27 February 2013, following her nomination to member of the Board of Directors of Sampo plc. The Board of Supervisors of Aktia Bank plc will decide on possible election of a new member of the Board.
