Aktia Bank plc has issued a senior unsecured loan of EUR 200 million. The loan has a maturity of three years.

Investors showed substantial interest in the loan, and offers to subscribe exceeded EUR 300 million. Almost half the loan was subscribed by foreign investors. Following the relatively short maturity of the loan, the largest investor groups were banks and investment funds. Of foreign investors, German and Danish investors were the most interested.
