Nils Lampi resigns from the Board of Directors of Aktia plc

Nils Lampi has today informed that he will resign from his position as member of the Board of Directors of Aktia plc on 12 March 2013 due to other assignments. The Board of Supervisors of Aktia plc will decide on election of a new member of the Board.
