Aktia's asset and liability management corporatised

Key persons within the asset and liability management team of Aktia Bank's Treasury have started a new partner-driven company specialised in consulting and reporting within asset and liability management. The company ALM Partners Oy started operations on 1 February 2011. Aktia, savings banks and local cooperative banks buy services from the company and are minority shareholders. Jukka Sarkanen, earlier head of Treasury, has been appointed Managing Director of ALM Partners Oy.

The new head of Aktia Bank's Treasury is Anders Ehrström.
