20,000 new shares of Aktia Savings Bank plc have been entered in the
Trade Register on 31 July 2007. The shares were subscribed in the
issue to named persons in the Bank's senior executive management that
the bank's Board of Directors decided on 24 May 2007.
The total number of shares in Aktia Savings Bank increased hereby to
40,101,936, and the bank's share capital rose by EUR 40,000 to EUR
80,203,872.
