Aktiv Kapital ASA and Cargill Scandinavia A/S not to go ahead with their possible public offer for Hoist International AB (publ) Stockholm, Sweden - February 26, 2004 - Hoist Intressenter AB ("HIAB") yesterday announced that its public tender offer for all outstanding shares in Hoist International AB ("Hoist") was made unconditional and that HIAB holds approximately 51 per cent of the shares in Hoist.
