CHESAPEAKE BEACH RESORT & SPA HOSTS FOURTH ANNUAL WATERFRONT BRIDAL SHOW
Since 1946, the award-winning Chesapeake Beach Resort & Spa has grown to become a premier waterfront destination location for couples who want to have the quintessential waterfront Chesapeake Bay wedding experience. To enable this year’s newly engaged couples to experience a taste of what it is like to have their wedding there, the Resort is hosting its fourth annual Bridal Show on Saturday March 22, 2014, from 2pm to 5pm.
Over 100 years ago Chesapeake Beach, Maryland was a thriving vacation destination with visitors coming by steamship and railway to stay at the grand hotel, dine on local seafood dishes, gamble, play at the waterfront amusement park and stroll on the boardwalk. Today the Chesapeake Beach Resort & Spa embodies that same spirit of a complete Chesapeake Bay waterfront getaway destination.as it includes a luxury hotel, full service salon and spa, two marinas, three waterfront restaurants, ballrooms with gorgeous bay views, and a waterfront Wedding Dome. Amusements at the Resort are many with bingo and gaming, charter fishing and other water sports, and beach side musical entertainment. Bridal show attendees will enjoy tours of the entire resort property including the up-scale hotel suites and on-site Salon and Spa. The facility will be decorated in its “wedding finest” to illustrate the various waterfront wedding ceremony and reception scenarios it offers. At this year’s show, brides will experience the special allure of a waterfront wedding event as demonstrated by the area’s leading wedding vendors. Show vendors will provide attendees with plenty of wedding planning ideas, inspiration, prizes and giveaways. Couples and their guests can view the latest in bridal fashion and enjoy tastings of the Resort’s exquisitely catered wedding fare and complimentary champagne while getting the feel of a waterfront wedding at the Chesapeake Beach Resort & Spa.
As an incentive this year the Resort is offering a “Show Special” wedding package with savings on the facility rental and services to couples who book their wedding on the day of the show.
