Last day of trading in paid subscription units (Sw.BTU) and first day of trading for TO2
Last day of trading in BTU in Alelion Energy Systems AB ("Alelion" or the “Company") will be Thursday November 12, 2020 and stop day will be Monday November 16, 2020. First day of trading in warrants of series TO2 will be Thursday November 12, 2020.
Through the rights issue, which ended on October 14, 2020, the Company issued units consisting of shares and warrants. In connection with the rights issue, the Company exercised an overallotment option. Both issues provided Alelion with approximately SEK 68.2m before deduction of issue related costs. Upon full exercise of the warrants of series TO2, the Company will receive an additional SEK 25-44m (depending on the final exercise price). The redemption period runs between May 14-18, 2021.
The rights issue has now been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Sw. Bolagsverket) and last day of trading in Alelion´s BTU will be November 12, 2020. Stop day will be November 16, 2020. Shares and warrants of series TO2 are estimated to be delivered on the shareholders´ account November 18, 2020.
First day of trading in warrants of series TO2 will be November 12, 2020.
