Alfa Laval focus on the fast growing markets Water Management and Life Science Alfa Laval, a world leader in centrifugal separation, heat transfer and fluid handling, announced today, during its Capital Market Day, that the company will focus its acquired growth mainly on two fast growing areas; "Water Management" and "Life Science". "Both Water Management and Life Science are markets were we already today are active with our core products. However, as these areas show a double-digit growth we have to secure that we penetrate these markets and capture the potential. To be able to do that we have to invest. This means that we will focus on acquisitions where we together with our existing know-how and our existing product portfolio create an attractive offering for our customers," says Mr. Sigge Haraldsson, President and CEO of the Alfa Laval Group.
