Alfa Laval signs long-term credit facility of USD 325 / EUR 150 million

Alfa Laval signs long-term credit facility of USD 325 / EUR 150 million Alfa Laval has signed a five year credit facility of USD 325 / EUR 150 million (approximately SEK 3.8 Bn) arranged by SEB Merchant Banking. The transaction was heavily oversubscribed. The credit facility will be used to refinance the existing EUR 575 million facility and for general corporate purposes. It gives increased flexibility, extended validity and reduced cost.
