Nomination Committee of Alfa Laval for the Annual General Meeting 2009

In accordance with a resolution taken at the Annual General Meeting of Alfa Laval AB on April 22, 2008, the Chairman of the Board, Anders Narvinger, has contacted five of the largest shareholders to constitute the Nomination Committee in preparation of the Annual General Meeting 2009.

The following persons have accepted to be part of the Nomination Committee: Jörn Rausing - Tetra Laval, Lars-Åke Bokenberger - AMF-Pension, Jan Andersson - Swedbank Robur Funds, Lars Öhrstedt - AFA Insurances and Bo Selling - Alecta.

The Annual General Meeting of Alfa Laval AB will be held at Olympen, Sparta, Tunavägen 39 in Lund, Sweden, on Monday, 20 April, 2009, at 16.00 (CET).

Shareholders who wish to submit proposals for the Nomination Committee in preparation of the Annual General Meeting can turn to the Chairman of the Board of Alfa Laval AB, Anders Narvinger, or to the other shareholder representatives.
