Repurchase of shares in Alfa Laval AB

Alfa Laval AB’s Board of Directors has decided to apply its approved mandate from the Annual General Meeting regarding the repurchase of own shares. The buy-back mandate amounts to not more than 10% of the total number of shares outstanding through to the Annual General Meeting in 2008.

On 28 May, 2007, Alfa Laval AB repurchased 13,200 shares in Alfa Laval AB at an average price of SEK 424.95 per share. Thereafter, Alfa Laval AB holds 13,200 shares in Alfa Laval AB. The Board intends to propose to the next Annual General Meeting that the repurchased shares be cancelled. The total number of shares outstanding is now 111,671,993.
