Supplement to the offer document regarding Alfa Laval’s cash offer to the shareholders in Munters announced

A second supplement to the offer document regarding Alfa Laval AB’s (publ) (“Alfa Laval”) cash offer to the shareholders in Munters AB (publ) (“Munters”) to tender all shares in Munters to Alfa Laval (the “Offer”), has today been announced on Alfa Laval’s website www.alfalaval.com and on SEB’s website www.seb.se/prospekt on account of Alfa Laval’s increase of the Offer to SEK 75 per share and extension of the acceptance period until and including October 15, 2010.

The supplement to the offer document will be distributed to shareholders in Munters whose holdings are directly registered with Euroclear Sweden AB as of October 1, 2010.  

Hard copies of the supplement to the offer document will be provided at Alfa Laval AB, Rudeboksvägen 1, SE-221 00 Lund, Sweden and at SEB Enskilda, Kungsträdgårdsgatan 8, SE-106 40 Stockholm, Sweden.
