Alfa Laval acquires technology to further drive sustainable energy solutions

Alfa Laval – a world leader in heat transfer, centrifugal separation and fluid handling – today announces that it has signed an agreement to acquire certain technologies and activities, with sales of SEK 14 million LTM June 2018, from Airec – a Malmö, Sweden-based innovation company with patented technology for dimple asymmetry heat exchangers. The new company will be integrated into the Brazed & Fusion Bonded Heat Exchangers unit of the Energy Division.
