Fellow Bank Plc's Nomination Board prepares proposals for the members of the Board of Directors as well as their remuneration for the Annual General Meeting.

The composition of the Nomination Board has changed as follows compared to the September 20, 2022, release. The composition from 26.9.2022 is:

Harri Tilev, T&T Nordcap Ltd

Maunu Lehtimäki is the Chairman of the Nomination Board.

Markku Pohjola, Chairman of the Board of Fellow Bank Plc, participates in the work of the Nomination Board as an expert.
