Changes in Fellow Bank's Management Team
FELLOW BANK PLC STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 16.2.2023 AT 9:30 AM EET
Fellow Bank Plc has expanded its Management Team by appointing Essi Salmela M.Sc. (Econ. & Bus. Adm.) Chief Risk Officer, as a member of the Management Team as of 15 February 2023. Essi Salmela started as Chief Risk Officer at Fellow Bank Plc in April 2022, and her responsibility is to manage and develop the bank's risk control function. Prior to that, Essi has worked at the financial consulting company FCG Risk & Compliance Oy, as well as in expert positions at Nordea, PwC and BearingPoint.
In addition, Fellow Bank Plc has appointed Niklas Elomaa (BBA), the director responsible for digital channels, as a member of the Management Team as of 15 February 2023. Elomaa joined Fellow Bank in July 2022 when Fellow Bank acquired the entire share capital of Mobify Invoices Oy, and his responsibility is to manage and develop digital customer channels. Niklas has previously worked e.g. in Mobify Invoices Oy and insurance company Garantia.
Kukka Lehtimäki, CFO of Fellow Bank Plc, will be on parental leave from 3 March 2023. Christina Wallenius (BBA) will act as interim CFO and member of the Management Team from 3 March 2023 during Lehtimäki's parental leave.
