Fellow Bank Plc appoints Piia Vuoti as General Counsel and member of the Management Team

FELLOW BANK PLC STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 13.7.2022 AT 2:00 PM EEST

Piia Vuoti (LL.M., Trained on the Bench) has been appointed as Fellow Bank Plc’s general counsel and member of the management team. She will start in this position on 8 August 2022. Vuoti moves to Fellow Bank from Veritas Pension Insurance Company, where she has worked as general counsel and a member of the management team. Vuoti is responsible for Fellow Bank's legal affairs and regulatory compliance.
