Fellow Finance Plc Chief Financial Official changes

Fellow Finance Plc´s CFO and the member of the Management Team Pasi Rantamäki has decided to step down from his role and leave his position at the Company on 15 April 2019.  

”Pasi has been in a major role in our Company since the early beginning. I want to thank Pasi for his efforts during the past years for the Company and for helping us to grow Fellow Finance to become the Nordic’s leading crowdfunding and peer-to-peer lending platform”, says Fellow Finance CEO Jouni Hintikka. 

Fellow Finance Board of Directors has appointed Financial Manager Niko Stark as the new CFO and member of the Management Team. Stark (b. 1987, BBA) has previously worked at Remedy Entertainment Plc as a Senior Financial Controller and prior to that as Assistant Chief Accountant at Gemalto Oy.
