The Proposal of Fellow Finance's Shareholders' Nomination Board to the next Annual General Meeting

Fellow Finance’s Shareholders' Nomination Board proposes to the next Annual General Meeting, which is planned to be held on April 3, 2020:
Draft Rules of Procedure for the Nomination Board
The Shareholders' Nomination Board propose to the Annual General Meeting that the Nomination Board's Rules of Procedure shall be amended so that the following paragraph is deleted:
“Employees of the company or a member of its Board of Directors shall not be elected to be a part of the Shareholders’ Nomination Board, except from the Chairman of the Board of Directors, who is participating in the Shareholders’ Nomination Board as an expert member”

According to the Shareholder List, the Shareholders' Nomination Board of Fellow Finance Plc as of September 2.9.2019 was composed of the representatives of the largest shareholders, namely Karri Haaparinne, Deputy Managing Director Taaleri Oyj, Jyrki Vaittinen, nominated by Margin Investments Oy, Ella Soldan nominated by T&T Nordcap Ab Oy and Sami Järveläinen, nominated by TN Ventures Oy.
The Board of Directors of Fellow Finance Plc will include these proposals in the invitation for the Annual General Meeting 2020 to be published later.
