ATPT shines bright with advancement in renewable energy capabilities
(Lexington, Kentucky, February 9, 2011) – All State Properties Holdings, Inc.’s (OTC: ATPT) EnergyOne Technologies (www.energyonetech.com) is pleased to announce that it has initiated a strategic alliance with Shorebreak Energy Developers, LLC (www.shorebreakenergy.com).
Shorebreak is a California-based renewable energy developer and full service provider of Solar Integration, Electrical Contracting, and Energy Management solutions including a team of solar installation crews responsible for installing some of the largest and most complex commercial solar systems in California.
Under the arrangement, Shorebreak Energy will provide engineering, construction, and power contract support services for various solar projects that EnergyOne will own and operate. Likewise, EnergyOne will perform engineering and construction support services for Shorebreak Energy projects requiring utility distribution and energy storage infrastructure.
