President of Strip division to leave his position

Claes Åkerblom will leave his position as President of the Strip division at Alleima.

Under his leadership, the Strip division has built a strong safety culture and undergone a positive safety development. Claes has been a valued member of the Alleima Executive Management Team, and I wish him all the best for his continued professional journey.”, says Göran Björkman, President and CEO.

Claes has held the position as President of the Strip division since 2019. He will leave his position as of today. The process to find a successor will now be initiated. During the period Q1-Q3 2024, the Strip division accounted for approximately 7% of the Group’s revenues and 3% of adjusted EBIT.
