According to articles in Swedish media today, Allgon would like to give the following comment. In the year-end report on January 22nd, Allgon announced that the first half of 2002 was expected to be weak but will start to grow again in the second half of 2002. This is due to the low order intake during the fourth quarter of 2001, which also was announced in the year-end report. The order intake during the fourth quarter of 2001 was approximately 20% lower than during the third quarter the same year. The first two months of 2002 was as expected weak due to a temporary low sale of mobile telephone antennas. This was related to changes of terminal models among our biggest customers. The sale of repeaters has also been weak due to low activities in China in connection with the Chinese New Year. During March we foresee an increase in sales that is expected to continue during the second quarter of 2002. Allgon has been awarded a number of contracts for 3G deliveries and these are expected to result in a further increase in sales during the second half of 2002. Therefore Allgon maintain its view of the year 2002.
