Allgon acquires development company in Scotland

Allgon acquires development company in Scotland Allgon has acquired 3C Scotland Ltd, situated in Dundee, United Kingdom. The company develops and produces components used in radio applications for mobile radio networks. These components are included in for example combiners, amplifiers and filters. The company's yearly turnover is approximately 25 million SEK and it has some 20 employees. The acquisition is in line with Allgon's strategy to further strengthen its competence within radio technology. The company has been acquired for 12 million SEK. The goodwill amounts to 11 million SEK and will be written off during 5 years. In the short term the acquisition is expected to have marginal effect on Allgon's earnings and financial position. Within a couple of years it is estimated that the acquisition will have positive impact on the earnings.
