Allgon completes its sale of built-in vehicle antennas to Smarteq

Allgon completes its sale of built-in vehicle antennas to Smarteq As previously announced, Allgon has sold its vehicle antenna operation to Smarteq. The agreement also included an opportunity for Smarteq to acquire Allgon's operation within built-in vehicle antennas. It is now clear that this part of the deal will take place, which means a supplementary purchase price of approximately SEK 10 million. Smarteq will take over this operation at the same time as the vehicle antenna operation, May 1, 2000. Allgon's sales are affected only marginally, whereas the year's income after financial items will be positively affected by approximately SEK 13 million.
