Allgon lays off 99 employees Allgon´s Business Area Allgon Systems AB, which develops, markets and produces radio-based solutions and other products for wireless telephony and data communication, announces its intention to lay off 99 employees within its units in Täby and Solna. - These changes are made to achieve a more efficient organization. The cut downs will mainly affect production, administration and other staff functions. With these changes we will make a yearly saving of 70 MSEK, says Jeff Bork, CEO of Allgon. At the same time Allgon announces rationalizations within all subsidiaries. In total just over 1,000 persons work within the Allgon Group. Negotiations with trade unions concerned are in process.
