Allgon´s subsidiary Wireless Solutions Sweden AB is acquired by National Semiconductor Corporation, Santa Clara, California, USA Allgon AB has reached an agreement with National Semiconductor Corporation (NSC) whereby NSC acquires for cash all outstanding shares in Wireless Solutions Sweden AB. The purchase price is USD 23,5 million. WSS operations include products within Bluetooth-technology and Wireless LAN. The background for the divestment is the intention of the Allgon Group to focus on its core businesses.
