Allianz Global Assistance USA, a leading provider of travel insurance and travel assistance*, has won two Silver Stevie Awards in the 11th annual Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service. The company won a Silver Trophy in the category of Contact Center of the Year (Over 100 Seats) for Financial Services and a Silver Trophy in the category of Customer Service Department of the Year for Financial Services (100 or more employees).
The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world’s top honors for customer service, contact center, business development, and sales professionals. Finalists were determined by the average scores provided by 77 judges worldwide. Entries were considered in 61 categories for customer service and contact center achievements. More than 75 members of several specialized judging committees determined the Gold, Silver, and Bronze Stevie Award placements from among the Finalists during final judging earlier this month.
