Allianz Partners Honored with Two International Stevie® Awards for Great Employers

Allianz Partners has been named the winner of two 2018 Stevie® Awards in the third annual Stevie Awards for Great Employers. Allianz Partners won the gold in its category for Top Employer - Insurance and received the overall Grand Stevie Award for the Highest-Rated Nomination of the Year.
The Stevie Awards for Great Employers recognize the world’s best employers and the human resources professionals, teams, achievements and HR-related products and suppliers who help to create and drive great places to work. Nicknamed the Stevies for the Greek word meaning “crowned,” the awards were presented to winners at a gala ceremony at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York on September 21.
Allianz Partners stood out as a top employer due in part to its high associate engagement-exceeding benchmarks, ranking high for diversity, inclusion, integrity, and community service, as well as customer centricity and leader/manager effectiveness.

Fifty professionals worldwide participated in the judging process to select this year’s Stevie Award winners.
