Allianz Worldwide Partners Provides Grants to Richmond Non-Profits

Henrico-based Allianz Worldwide Partners USA has announced that eight Richmond-based non-profit organizations have received a total of $40,500 in grants from the company in amounts ranging from $10,000 to $2,000.  The non-profits were selected in voting by the company’s associates and received grants as part of its corporate social responsibility program.

Receiving grants in 2016 are:

VCU Massey Cancer Center, $10,000

FeedMore, $7,500

Richmond SPCA, $7,500

Safe Harbor, $7,500

Richmond Animal League, $2,000

Housing Families First, $2,000

Down Syndrome Association of Greater Richmond, $2,000

Autism Society of Central Virginia, $2,000

The non-profits receiving grants were selected based on their dedication to providing much needed assistance to the Richmond community.

"Our mission is to serve as a comprehensive center of excellence in cancer research, prevention and control, as well as patient care and education and these funds will help us continue this important mission."
