ALMA MEDIA HAS ACQUIRED FULL OWNERSHIP OF MEDIUUTISET
Alma Talent Oy, which is part of Alma Media, has acquired full ownership of Mediuutiset Oy with a transaction completed today. Alma Talent previously had 50% ownership of Mediuutiset Oy. The seller is Bonnier Business Press Ab, which is part of the Bonnier Group. The parties have agreed not to publish the price of the transaction.
Mediuutiset is an independent health care news media for physicians, medical professionals and decision-makers in public health care and companies. Mediuutiset also arranges events and seminars in health care. Its Editor-in-Chief is Anna Niemelä.
