ALMA MEDIA’S ACQUISITION OF KOLEKTIV FINALISED AFTER COMPLETION OF LOCAL COMPETITION REGULATOR PROCESS

In November 2019, Alma Media Corporation entered into an agreement concerning the acquisition of the entire share capital of Kolektiv Ltd, the leading online recruitment service in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The local competition regulator process, as the prerequisite for the transaction, has been finalised and the transaction completed.

The estimated revenue of the company in 2019 is EUR 2.0 million, and it has 40 employees.

Kolektiv will be included in the reporting for the Alma Markets business segment from the beginning of 2020.
