ALMA MEDIA’S FINANCIAL REPORTING 2023 

Alma Media Corporation will publish its financial reports in 2023 as follows:  

– Financial Statement Bulletin for financial year 2022 on Thursday, 16 February 2023 approximately at 8:00 EET  

– Interim report for January–March 2023 on Friday, 21 April 2023, approximately at 8:00 EEST  

– Interim report for January–June 2023 on Wednesday, 19 July 2023, approximately at 8:00 EEST  

– Interim report for January–September 2023 on Thursday, 19 October 2023, approximately at 8:00 EEST  

Alma Media observes a silent period of 30 days prior to publishing financial reports. 

Financial Statements, Report by the Board of Directors, Auditor’s Report, Sustainability Report and Corporate Governance Statement for financial year 2022 will be published on Tuesday, 14 March 2023.  

The Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on Tuesday, 4 April 2023. Materials related to the Annual General Meeting will be available on Alma Media’s website.
