ALMA MEDIA’S FINANCIAL REPORTING 2024  

Alma Media Corporation will publish its financial reports in 2024 as follows:   

– Financial Statement Bulletin for financial year 2023 on Friday, 16 February 2024 approximately at 8:00 EET   

– Interim report for January–March 2024 on Friday, 19 April 2024, approximately at 8:00 EET   

– Interim report for January–June 2024 on Thursday, 18 July 2024, approximately at 8:00 EET   

– Interim report for January–September 2024 on Friday, 18 October 2024, approximately at 8:00 EET   

Alma Media observes a silent period of 30 days prior to publishing financial reports.  

Financial Statements, Report by the Board of Directors, Auditor’s Report, Sustainability Report and Corporate Governance Statement for financial year 2023 will be published on Friday, 15 March 2024.   

The Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on Friday, 5 April 2024. Materials related to the Annual General Meeting will be available on Alma Media’s website.
