ALMA MEDIA’S FINANCIAL REPORTING 2025 

Alma Media Corporation will publish its financial reports in 2025 as follows:  

  • Financial Statement Bulletin for financial year 2024 on Wednesday, 5 February 2025, approximately at 8:00 EET  
  • Interim report for January–March 2025 on Friday, 25 April 2025, approximately at 8:00 EET  
  • Interim report for January–June 2025 on Thursday 17 July 2025, approximately at 8:00 EET  
  • Interim report for January–September 2025 on Friday, 31 October 2025, approximately at 8:00 EET  

Alma Media observes a silent period of 30 days prior to publishing financial reports. 

Financial Statements, Report by the Board of Directors, Auditor’s Report and Corporate Governance Statement for financial year 2024 will be published by Thursday, 20 March 2025.  

The Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on Thursday, 10 April 2025. Materials related to the Annual General Meeting will be available on Alma Media’s website.
