Alma Media to divest Talosofta
Alma Media Corporation 9 June 2021
ALMA MEDIA TO DIVEST TALOSOFTA
Alma Media’s subsidiary Alma Mediapartners Oy and Lemonsoft Oy have agreed on a business transaction in which the construction and housing ERP system Talosofta will be transferred to Lemonsoft Oy effective from July 2021. Talosofta is a web-based ERP system for small and medium-sized construction, renovation and technical building service industry operators with revenue of approximately EUR 1.0 million in 2020. The parties have agreed to not disclose the purchase price.
- Alma Consumer’s strategy is focused on digital marketplaces in the housing and automotive sectors, comparison services and media. Consequently, the expansion of the ERP business in the construction sector is no longer at the core of our operations. We previously divested the NettiKoti business for similar reasons. We thank Talosofta’s committed team for their time at Alma,” says Kari Kivelä, SVP of Alma Consumer.
The divestment has no major effect on Alma Media’s result.
