ALMA MEDIAPARTNERS TO BECOME THE MAJORITY SHAREHOLDER OF NETTIKOTI, A SOFTWARE COMPANY FOR ERP SYSTEMS IN NEW CONSTRUCTION AND RENOVATION
Alma Media’s subsidiary Alma Mediapartners Oy acquired 51 per cent of the share capital of Raksa ja KotiKauppa Oy from the company founders. The company implements ERP systems for the needs of both new construction and renovation. The revenue of Raksa ja KotiKauppa Oy for 2015 is expected to amount to approximately EUR 0.5 million. The parties have agreed not to publish the price of the acquisition.
Raksa ja KotiKauppa Oy is best known for its NettiKoti service. The key software in the service is Raksa, which enables efficient information management at the level of housing company and apartment during construction projects. The system can also be used for communication between customers and construction companies during the construction project.
In addition to the Raksa software, the NettiKoti service also includes KotiKauppa, a sales system for developers. The system enables managing reservations and marketing in new construction projects in different portals, such as Alma Media’s Etuovi.com.
Raksa ja KotiKauppa Oy was founded in December 2015 after its detachment from Evianet Solutions Oy through a partial division.
“Our aim is to expand our housing-related services to cover not only change of residence but also other housing services and information. NettiKoti will complement our service business selection, because it includes a system for developers. We want to make the Etuovi.com product family an even more integral part of the daily work of developers,” Riikka Wulff, Managing Director of Alma Mediapartners Oy says.
“We have developed the NettiKoti system throughout the existence of Evianet Solutions, and we have achieved a strong position as an ERP system provider for construction companies. We are happy to have a new majority owner who can develop the service with us to make, for example, residential services produce more added value for our customers,” says Juha Heijala, Member of the Board at Raksa ja KotiKauppa Oy.
