DISPOSAL OF OWN SHARES BASED ON THE KEY MANAGEMENT LONG-TERM INCENTIVE PROGRAMME OF ALMA MEDIA CORPORATION

A total of 168 877 of Alma Media Corporation's treasury shares are conveyed without consideration and according to the plan terms to the key management participating in the Matching Share Plan 2020. More details of this Long-Term incentive plan have been announced in a stock exchange release issued on 14 February 2020.

The directed share issue is based on an authorization given by the Annual General Meeting held on 4 April 2023.

Following the directed share issue, the number of treasury shares now stands at 17 953 shares.
