GERAKO OY CHOOSES COLONY TAPIOLA AS NEW OFFICE LOCATION

Colony has signed a 5-year lease with Gerako Oy including approx. 300 square meters of office space in Colony Tapiola. Gerako’s lease will commence during May 2024.

Colony Tapiola is located less than 500 meters from the Tapiola Metro station and with direct access to the Western Highway. This wood-structured office building has been constructed with a minimal environmental impact and is certified to the BREEAM In-Use Very Good standard. The workspaces, with plenty of natural light, have all varied wood-framed views in different directions over Tapiola and its nature.

The building, which was renovated during 2022, has a leasable area of 7,500 sqm over 4 floors. It offers large floors of approx. 1,870 sqm and several amenities including hotel styled breakfast, Trackman golf simulator, gym and massage services.
