TINA GOES TO HOLLYWOOD - AGAIN! ® Althin is proud to announce that our hemodialysis machine System 1000 Series TINA (TINA) has once again been asked to make a guest appearance on the popular NBC TV show "ER". TINA stars in an episode in which, "ER´s" Dr. Carter (Noah Wiley), Dr. Green (Anthony Edwards) and Nurse Hathaway (Juliana Marguilies) rescue a man from attempting suicide with a drug overdose using Althin´s hemodialysis machine TINA. When asking "ER´s" Property Master, Rick Ladomade, why they chose to use the Althin TINA hemodialysis machine, he stated: "As far as we are concerned TINA is the best looking dialysis machine in the market." Mr. Ladomade further said: "The show will only use machines with LCD displays (Liquid Crystal Display), giving TINA a major advantage for future exposure as well." Mr. Ladomade emphasized how impressed he was with the overall design and ease of use of the machine. "We are thrilled that the "ER" show has chosen to use TINA for the second time as the hemodialysis machine in an acute setting. It also verifies that our machine has a unique design, and that features such as the touch screen are still state-of-the-art-technology," says Al Kraus, VP Sales Americas, Althin Medical Inc. This episode will air in the US on Thursday March 16, 2000 - don´t miss it! Althin Medical AB (publ.)
