Altima's listing on Stockholmsbörsen starts today
Altima's listing on Stockholmsbörsen starts today Tuesday, December 16, 2003 is the first day for trading in Altima shares on Stockholmsbörsen's O List. The share will be traded under the abbreviation ALTI. Altima, which is one of the leading machinery-rental companies in the Nordic region, was previously a subsidiary of the NCC Group. In April 2003, NCC's Annual General Meeting decided to spin off Altima to NCC's shareholders, whereby 10 NCC shares would carry entitlement to one Altima share. As a result, Nordstjernan and Lundbergs, NCC's principal owners, are now also major Altima shareholders. On December 10, Altima's future shareholders received a public offer for their shares from Ramirent, a listed Finnish machinery rental company. Ramirent is offering Altima shareholders newly issued Ramirent shares in return for their Altima shares. Altima's Board of Directors recommends unanimously that Altima shareholders accept the Offer. Altima shares will be traded on Stockholmsbörsen until the transaction with Ramirent has been completed. More information about the offer is available on www.altimagroup.com.
