Altima share prospectus now official

Altima share prospectus now official The prospectus regarding the allocation and public listing of shares in Altima has now been made official. Distribution began on Thursday 27 November. The prospectus is being sent to all shareholders in NCC. Anyone who does not hold shares in NCC can access the prospectus via www.altimagroup.com, www.ncc.info and www.handelsbanken.se/aktuellaerbjudanden. It is also available from Handelsbanken bank branches in Sweden. Altima is being distributed to NCC shareholders. One Altima share will be granted for every ten shares in NCC (irrespective of the class of share). The final day of trading for NCC shares including entitlement to dividend is 9 December 2003. The record day for transfer of shares in Altima is 12 December 2003. The first day of trading for Altima shares is 16 December 2003.
