Altima to be listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange Altima is to be listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange´s O-list. December 12 will be the record day for determining whether NCC shares qualify for allotments of Altima shares. The first day of trading in Altima shares will be December 16. On Tuesday, NCC´s Board set December 12, 2003 as the record date. A listing prospectus describing the spin-off in detail, and presenting Altima as an independent company, will be distributed to NCC shareholders during the week commencing November 24. Handelsbanken Capital Markets is assisting as adviser during the listing process.
