Kromann Reumert Partner to join Altor Equity Partners in a senior position

Søren Johansen later this year takes over responsibility for Altor Equity Partners' activities in Denmark. At the same time he will leave the Kromann Reumert partnership.

Søren Johansen has been with Kromann Reumert for 22 years, in the past 4 years as Managing Partner.

Under Kromann Reumert's governance structure, Søren was due to hand over the Managing Partner position to another partner during 2011. Consequently the partnership is already in the process of selecting Søren's successor.

Jørgen Kjergaard Madsen, Chairman of the Board of Directors, states: "Of course we regret that Søren will not return to the daily legal practice, and continue to take part in the Kromann Reumert partnership, after performing so well as Managing Partner, but I fully appreciate that Søren was given an offer he could not refuse."
