Ambea acquires market leader in student health

Klara, Ambeas staffing operation, acquires SkolPool. SkolPool is market leader in medical treatment offered by student health service. Through the acquisition the two leading actors merge to one operation.

SkolPool was founded in 2009 and provides both staffing solutions and solutions with caregiver responsibility to municipalities and private schools. SkolPool offers includes school nurses, school doctors, psychologists, curators, student counselors and special education teachers. SkolPool is a leading actor in student health and is represented all over Sweden.

Klara already provides services in student health and through the acquisition, Klara SkolPool gets a unique market position in student health, where the need for a well-developed service has increased.

The revenue of SkolPool Sverige AB during the financial year 2020/2021 was amounted to 68 MSEK. The acquisition is expected to close 2 of May, 2022.
