Ambea acquires two care providers in Denmark

Altiden, Ambea’s Danish operations, acquires two companies, Casablanca Bo & Erhverv Aps and Vivamus A/S. Through the acquisitions, Altiden strengthens its position within disable care for children and youth and establishes the operations in the Copenhagen region.

 - We follow our strategy and broaden our operation in Denmark. Through the acquisitions, we grow the business within disable care and increase our own management share in Altiden. This is in line with our efforts to create a platform for continued growth and development in Denmark, says Fredrik Gren, CEO, Ambea.

Casablanca Bo & Erhverv was started in 2004, consists of 6 residential units and 52 beds. Revenue for 2018/2019 was 29 MDKK. The acquisition was closed in December.

Vivamus A/S was started in 2009, consists of 8 residential units and 65 beds. Revenue for 2018 was 63 MDKK.  The acquisition is expected to close in January, 2020.
