Ambea divest staffing solutions for doctors

Klara, Ambeas staffing operation, divest staffing solutions for doctors to Hedera Group. The transition will be finalized today 8 of September.  

As a result of Ambea's updated strategy, Klara Kompetens has divested staffing solutions for doctors in favour of focusing on services and competence solutions such as ambulatory care teams, student health and rehab teams. The operation had a turnover of 120 MSEK in 2021 but has had limited synergies with Ambea's other operations.
