Anders Borg resigns from Ambea’s Board of Directors

Anders Borg has decided to resign from the Board of Ambea AB (publ).

Anders Borg has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2014, as a representative of KKR via Actor SCA, the principal owner of Ambea.

KKR reduced its shareholding during 2019 and has during 2020 sold all remaining shares in Ambea. As a result, Anders Borg has decided to resign with immediate effect from the Ambea Board of Directors.
