New number of shares and votes in Ambea AB (publ)

Ambea AB (publ) (“Ambea”) today announces that the number of Ambea shares and votes has increased following senior executives’ and key employees’ exercise of warrants in the incentive program 2021/2024. The shares were issued through the exercise of 291,575 warrants, which entitled to a corresponding number of shares.

Through the exercise of the warrants, the number of outstanding shares and votes increased by 291,575 and the share capital by SEK 7,690.974532. As of today, the total number of registered shares and votes in Ambea amounts to 89,854,273. Furthermore, the registered share capital amounts to SEK 2,370,117.209307.
